What is the age restriction of the Onyx Room?
Onyx Room is a 21+ venue at all times.
What is the dress code of the Onyx Room?
Onyx is an upscale nightclub, please dress appropriately. Absolutely no athletic gear, tennis shoes or sandals, ball caps, shorts, or excessively baggy pants. When in doubt, do not risk it! Onyx Room reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
What kinds of identifications are accepted at the Onyx Room?
State issued Driver’s Licenses and Identification cards, Passports, and Military IDs. Onyx Room will NOT accept the following for entrance: School IDs, foreign Driver's License or Identification cards, photocopies of IDs, or debit cards.
Does the Onyx Room offer exclusive valet parking?
We do not offer exclusive valet parking for our venue. However, there are multiple parking lots within close proximity and street parking is unmetered after 6pm.
Does the venue offer appetizers or entrees?
The Onyx Room does not house a kitchen. However, we offer catering options for private events. Please refer to our Special Events tab for more information on Special Events.
How do I register on the guest list and what does the guest list offer?
All guest list submissions are made on the Onyx Room website, www.onyxroom.com. Simply select the event you would like to register for and entry the requested information. The guest list offers a discounted rate before 10:30pm.
I am interested in bottle service, what do I do next?
Bottle service inquiries are made through the Onyx Room website, www.onyxroom.com. Simply select the bottle service tab and enter the requested information. An Onyx Room representative will contact you within 24 hours. Limited bottle service reservations are available; please submit your inquiry with 24 hour advance notice to guarantee a bottle service offer. If you are making a same day inquiry, a bottle service offer is not guaranteed. Limited walk up reservations are available. Please call 619-235-6699 for same day reservations, or when you arrive to the venue alert the VIP host that you would like to have bottle service. If any reservations are available, the VIP host will book your table on the night of the event.
I am a DJ/artist and I would like to play at the Onyx Room, where may I send my information?
